An employee was standing on a desk when it collapsed. As she fell, her mouth hit a metal bracket from the broken desk. She suffered lacerations to the inside and outside bottom lip, broken teeth, and a broken left foot.

An employee was walking down the hallway when they tripped and fell to the floor, fracturing their right wrist.
