Final narrative
On 10/06/2017, an employee was in the parking lot retrieving shopping carts when he tripped over some rebar that was sticking out of a bundle on the side of the building. He fractured his right hip and was hospitalized.
An employee was backing up an electric pallet jack when it struck a yellow guardrail, pinning his ankle between the pallet jack and the guardrail. The employee suffered a crush injury to his left ankle and shin.
