An employee went to a residential house to provide assistance for a consumer. As she went to turn on the light, she tripped on the corner of a shoe that was laying in the floor. She tried to catch herself when she fell, breaking several bones in her left wrist and radial bone.

An employee walked outside to get the client's newspaper and slipped in the client's garage. She fell and hit her face on the tracks of the garage door, suffering a nasal septal fracture and upper lip lacerations.

While rotating the cable drum, the employee reached for the new cable that was to be installed. The grease fitting on the drive shaft caught their fall harness and pulled them underneath the drive shaft. On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
