On January 8, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., an employee was flagging traffic on a two-lane road. A log truck, pulling a trailer with logs, was directed through the work zone. The trailer's outside tires dropped off the pavement, causing the trailer to tip. As the trailer tipped over, the straps holding the logs broke. The employee, standing approximately 20 feet away, began running and was struck by the rolling logs, suffering multiple fractures to the face, hip, pelvis, neck, and back. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee approached a brush pile to gather cut brush. A second employee was cutting limbs in the brush pile using a chainsaw. When that employee turned, the tip of the chainsaw lacerated the first employee's right arm.

An employee was cutting trees with a chainsaw when the chainsaw lacerated his arm and cut a nerve. He had surgery and was hospitalized.

On October 17, 2023, at 9:55 p.m., an employee was working on a ramp while moving merchandise from a cargo loader to a dolly. The employee was putting the locks on the dolly and transferring a unit load device containing packages when she realized the lock was in the down position. As she attempted to fix the lock, the unit load device started moving toward the dolly, and the employee became wedged between the dolly and the device. The employee suffered an injury to her lower left leg.

Two employees were shaking out steel beams and standing them vertically. One beam was hit, causing the other beams to fall. A beam then rolled over an employee's left shin and fractured it. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

The employee underwent a medical amputation from the top knuckle to the tip of the finger.

An employee was climbing down a 15-foot multipurpose ladder. The employee fell about 8 feet, landing on the concrete floor and the ladder itself. The employee suffered several injuries, all on the right side: broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken temporal bone, broken shoulder, multiple fractures to the cheekbone, and a brain bleed.
