An employee changed a tire on a bus and began to lower it by removing the jacks. The second jack was still wedged under the bus, so he attempted to retrieve it. As he freed the jack, the bus lowered onto his chest, bruising his lungs and requiring hospitalization.

An employee was removing a wheel from a car when the car fell from the lift. The employee suffered a left middle finger amputation.

An employee was repairing the right rear tire of a tractor in a customer's yard. While removing the cribbing, the tractor slipped and came down on him.
