An employee was cleaning the outside of an enclosure for a paint-stripping system when debris fell into the system and heated salt liquid splashed onto the employee's upper body, resulting in burns.

The injured employee was changing a coil on a coil threader. As the employee walked toward the machine, his right leg contacted a compressed air line that was mounted to the side of the machine, causing him to fall toward drive rollers on the flex line coil threader. As he fell, his right hand entered the machine's point of operation. The employee suffered injuries that required the surgical amputation of the right index finger and ring finger, and a partial amputation of the right middle finger.

An employee was on the ground removing a caster from a material handling cart. The 60-pound caster fell from the employee's hands. As the employee attempted to catch it, the caster struck their left hand causing multiple fractures.

Employee suffered amputation of left fourth and fifth index fingers at the first joint while punching metal parts at power press 36 in plant 2.

An employee was going to the breakroom when they tripped over a chair and fell, resulting in a hip fracture.

On October 14, 2025, an employee was cutting lumber on an upcut saw. When he activated the saw to cut a short piece, the blade struck the tip of his right thumb, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was using a table saw to cut strips of plywood. The employee's left hand came into contact with the sawblade, which amputated the index and middle fingers as well as lacerating the hand. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was loading four sliding glass door panels into a truck. He was turning to get a cargo strap when the panels fell onto him and broke his neck.

An employee was using a table saw to cut a small bundle of vinyl material. The saw blade lacerated the employee's left index finger. The employee was hospitalized.

His hands began to cramp; he got out of his truck and collapsed on the road. He suffered an acute kidney injury and rhabdomyolysis caused by dehydration and heat illness.

An employee was working to deliver mail to an apartment building. She was waiting for a customer to move, to obtain clearance to the mailboxes. The door swung inward and closed on her right little finger. The top half of her finger was surgically amputated.

An employee fell from a step ladder while reaching for a tie-off point. He impacted the ground, and landed on his bolt bag which contained tools. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, and a lacerated spleen and kidney.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

An employee was setting up communication equipment for a meeting. They were walking and tripped over a speaker on the ground. The employee sustained a leg injury.
