An employee was preparing to rinse down a line with a water pressure gun when he had trouble removing the gun's water nozzle. As he attempted to remove the nozzle, the high-pressure water shot into and lacerated the inside of his mouth.
An employee was walking backward with a pallet jack when they contacted a metal pole. The arm of the pallet jack then struck the employee in the stomach, resulting in internal bleeding and hospitalization.
An employee was working on a vacuum pipe when a metal plate inside the pipe moved and crushed his right thumb. The thumb was partially amputated at the bottom of the nailbed.
