An employee was going from one area of the plant to another and attempted to cross the roller conveyor when the employee lost balance and fell. The employee sustained a broken ankle.
An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.
