An employee was cutting potatoes with a manually powered slicer and amputated the tip of his left middle finger.
An employee was leaning against a fry station when his legs began to slip out from under him. He went to break his fall when his right arm entered the cooking oil. He suffered second- and third-degree burns to the arm.
On May 21, 2022, at 4:08 PM, an employee had gone out back to walk around to the front and wipe down patio tables. She was returning to get bar towels and slipped and fell while going up the ramp. The employee sustained a broken hip.
