An employee was slicing boneless round steaks on a meat saw and amputated the right index fingertip.
An employee was cutting beef feet on a meat saw. The blade caught and a beef foot part jumped. The saw amputated the employee's left middle finger between the first and second joints.
An employee was cutting a top round steak at 1/8 inch, at a customer's request. His hand slipped and contacted the saw blade partially amputating the left middle fingertip. The blade was not guarded at the time.
