An employee was moving an interface box into a small space in the basement ceiling of a house. The employee came into contact with an exposed live wire in the space and was shocked. He suffered contusions and bruising on his right elbow, as well as dizziness.

An employee was working from a raised scissor lift to fix an overhead garage door. The lift tipped over and the employee fell to the concrete floor about 18-20 feet below. The employee suffered a head injury, broken ribs, and a broken pelvis.
