An employee was threading paper on an inner folding machine's rollers. At the same time, another employee began turning the manual hand wheel to turn the rollers. The injured employee struggled to position the paper and reached around the vacuum drum to help thread the paper when his hand contacted the blade, resulting in a fingertip amputation. The blade was guarded at the time of the incident.
