An employee was cutting the ends off boards with a circular saw. After cutting the board, he slid it back with his hand and his left middle finger was caught between the board and a chain, resulting in a possible partial fingertip amputation.
On January 8, 2019, an employee was helping move a wooden board along a chain system. The board fell and struck the employee's left little finger, breaking it.
