An employee slipped on the bottom step while getting out of a truck and fell on the top rail of a fence located next to the truck bay. The employee landed on his left side/torso. He sustained broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
An employee was disassembling the stator on an extruder machine when several of the employee's fingers on both hands were pinched and burned between two hot steel plates.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
