Final narrative
An employee was building a wooden crate with another employee. His arm moved forward at the same time that the second employee lowered the nail gun. The nail gun discharged upon contact with the first employee's arm. The nail entered the employee's right forearm.
An employee was running a table saw and went to grab an extra piece of OSB slab material when they suffered a left index fingertip amputation to the cuticle bed of the nail. The saw was guarded at the time.
On June 5, 2024, an employee was assembling a pallet with a pneumatic nail gun. As he stepped over an air hose, the nail gun came into contact with his left ankle and shot a nail into it.
A temporary employee was setting up material to be cut on a panel beam saw when the clamping mechanism came down on his right hand, causing the blade to cut his fingers. The employee sustained amputations to his right index finger, middle finger, and ring fingertip.

An employee was processing wood boards at a chop saw when the saw malfunctioned and the blade cut her left hand and fingers. She was hospitalized and her little finger was surgically amputated.

He was hospitalized with burns to the forearm that required surgery and crushing injuries to the hand and forearm without fractures.
