The injured employee was walking from a staging area to a receiving bullpen while talking to a forklift operator who was at the dockside of a forklift aisle. A second forklift operator was traveling in the forklift aisle and struck the injured employee's left foot, breaking four toes and causing a large contusion. The employee was hospitalized.
