An employee was changing the cooling nozzles on an aftercooler and the pneumatic power was activated. This caused the top plate to move into the top position and crush the employee's right arm. The employee sustained a fractured arm.

An employee was staging metal pallet pans on a hydraulic lift table when assembling cages. The hydraulic lift table experienced a mechanical failure and lowered down onto the employee's right foot, resulting in two fractured toes and a laceration.

On October 4, 2017, at approximately 11:59 p.m., an employee was operating a manual lathe. He was resurfacing a solid shaft with an emery cloth while turning it in the lathe when his glove, the cloth, and then his left hand wrapped around the turning shaft. He suffered four broken bones in his left hand and broke his wrist, requiring hospitalization and surgery.

As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
