On April 2, 2025, an employee was walking in the store when she turned to greet a customer, lost her balance, and fell to the floor. The employee sustained a fractured right hip and required surgery.

An employee was deflating a large plastic bag full of air when she slipped and fell to the ground. The employee's ankle was broken in three places; she was admitted for surgery.

An employee was walking to his car while on break when he was approached by two individuals that demanded the keys to the employee's vehicle. The employee was shot twice and was hospitalized.

While he was in the attic space above the garage, the wood he was walking on broke, causing the employee to fall through the sheetrock to the concrete floor below. The employee bumped his head and sustained a shoulder injury as well as a broken ankle.

An employee was putting a tarp on a water tank while standing on a trailer. She lost her footing and fell through the trailer bed, striking the corner of the trailer bed. The employee sustained internal bleeding.

An employee was repairing a sub-floor in a residential house that had water and fire damage. The employee fell through the sub-floor and landed in the basement, resulting in spinal fractures that required hospitalization.

An employee was delivering a 65-foot boom lift to a rental customer's construction site. The employee set up the ramp truck in the parking lot adjacent to the construction site. He elevated the boom 4-5 feet to clear a temporary fence. While driving the boom lift off the ramp, the wheels slid to the driver's side of the ramp truck, ultimately sliding off the ramp. The boom lift fell off the side of the truck and rolled onto its side. The employee sustained a fractured clavicle, a dislocated shoulder, separated/fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and a fractured left femur. The employee required surgery.
