An employee was stocking shelves when she tripped on a box on the floor. Her head struck a shelving unit; she suffered a laceration to the right eye, as well as injuries to her right hip and right wrist.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee slipped while descending in a stairwell, fell, and suffered multiple contusions/bruises to the head, neck, shoulders, knees, and back. She was hospitalized.
