An employee was assisting a customer to unload their electronic recycling items from the trunk of their car. The customer's foot slipped and put the car into reverse slamming into the employee and pinning him against a utility cart and bollard pole. The employee sustained a compound fracture to the leg which lead to surgery and leg amputation.
