During a towing and recovery task, two employees were unchaining a forklift from a heavy duty rollback. One of them fell from the deck to the ground about 4 feet below, suffering fractures to the ribs and hip. He was found unresponsive, apparently not breathing, and blue in the face.

The employee was separating the dogs when the other dog bit his left ring finger. The last joint of the finger was injured and part of it was bitten off.
