The injured employee was moving a sheet of 4 x 8 plywood with another employee when his foot slipped 3 feet down into a hole and got caught on exposed rebar, causing him to fall. He was hospitalized with two fractures to his left tibia.
An employee was moving a tensile strength test device with a dolly. The device fell from the dolly onto the employee's right leg, causing a compound fracture.
