On November 28, 2023, at approximately 6:50 AM, an employee was struck by a cart containing a stack of plastic trays. The employee was hospitalized for three rib fractures.

An employee was using an electric cart pusher to move carts inside of the cart vestibule. The employee's left foot was caught between the carts and the cart door, resulting in two broken bones.

On September 21, 2023, an employee and a co-worker were moving a boat mold with a dolly. The injured employee pulled on the mold while the co-worker pushed from the front. The injured employee became pinned against another mold that was behind them, resulting in an abdominal pain and bruising to the lower back that required hospitalization.

An employee was struck by a loaded cart of dairy products that was being pushed from the warhouse to the cooler area, resulting in a right hip fracture.

The injured employee ducked under flooring materials that were on a cart being moved by another employee. The materials struck the injured employee resulting in a laceration under their eye.

An employee was resetting the robot at the control panel after a light curtain fault when their hand struck the control panel. This created a gap that his finger became caught in. When he removed his hand, he sustained a soft tissue amputation to his left little finger.

An employee was in a scissor lift troubleshooting a machine. The machine activated and the employee was pinned between the machine and the scissor lift railing resulting in six broken ribs.

An employee was trimming cable with a knife and amputated the tip of his left thumb.

An employee was moving a cart that contained metal strapping when the cart tipped over and the employee's pinky finger was pinched between the cart and a workstation. The employee suffered trauma to the finger and required hospitalization and surgery.

An employee was preparing pallets of bricks on a conveyor when the employee's fingers were pinched between two of the pallets, amputating the left little finger.

An employee was working to deliver mail to an apartment building. She was waiting for a customer to move, to obtain clearance to the mailboxes. The door swung inward and closed on her right little finger. The top half of her finger was surgically amputated.

An employee fell from a step ladder while reaching for a tie-off point. He impacted the ground, and landed on his bolt bag which contained tools. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, and a lacerated spleen and kidney.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

An employee was setting up communication equipment for a meeting. They were walking and tripped over a speaker on the ground. The employee sustained a leg injury.
