An associate was at this branch location to attend a managers' meeting on a rainy day. The associate entered the side door just before 2:00 PM and walked across the entrance rug. Her foot was in a cast and when she stepped onto the tile floor, she slipped and fell onto her left hip. She was hospitalized for a broken hip that required surgery.
