On May 30, 2019, an employee was using a battery-operated pipe shear to cut PVC pipe and suffered a partial amputation to the left index finger.
An employee was operating a forklift and backed into a pallet of packaged bottles. As she stepped out of the forklift the product fell onto her. Her right lower leg was caught between the pallet and the floor causing injury to the lower leg.
