An employee was walking in the vehicle check-in area, tripped on a manhole cover and fell to the ground. The employee sustained cuts on his face, a torn muscle in the left leg, and a pulled hamstring in the left leg.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was on a 20-foot ladder cleaning tile on the side of a building. The ladder slipped and he fell to the ground. He landed on his feet, resulting in hospitalization with fractures to both feet.
