An employee working on the de-bone line was cleaning out her work area when her right hand got caught in a small space between the guard and the shaft of the conveyor belt. She sustained a right thumb abrasion and fractured right index finger.
An employee was retrieving a hose from the opposite end of a moving conveyor when the sleeve of her jacket was caught by the conveyor, pulling the employee's arm in and resulting in an amputation of the right arm below the shoulder.
