At about 11:15 a.m. on June 10, 2020, an employee was in a tree, performing utility line clearing. His chainsaw struck the top of his left hand, lacerating it. He was hospitalized.

An employee was trimming a tree when the rope slipped off the tree and the employee fell to the ground, suffering broken ribs and a broken back.

An employee was in a truck-mounted aerial lift, trimming trees around a power line. The edge of the lift caught on something, then jerked free, throwing the employee out. The employee fell about 30 feet, landing on the ground and suffering a broken back and head trauma.

An employee was on a two-step ladder performing cleaning activities in the de-oiler machine. The employee fell back and his right arm was caught in the equipment, resulting in a right forearm fracture that required surgery.

An employee was changing an insert in the tool head of a CNC machine. The employee had stepped up approximately 28 inches onto the door track of the machine. When the employee went to step back down to the floor, they lost balance and fell backward onto a rack of metal parts. The employee sustained a compression fracture to the spine.

An employee was packaging steel coils on a turntable. As he walked across the turntable, he slipped and fell onto a coil. His left bicep was lacerated by the slit edge of a coil.

An employee was monitoring a lumber-stacking machine when they slipped and fell into an unbanded bundle of lumber. The outer row of lumber then fell on their left leg, fracturing their leg and ankle.

An employee was putting parts away in a warehouse. He tripped and fell into metal shelving, resulting in a broken arm.

An employee tripped over a concrete curb stop in a parking lot. The employee fell to the ground, landing on their left hip and breaking it.

An employee was conducting routine maintenance on a mixer. New lid pins had been installed, and the employee was rotating by hand to ensure they had been installed correctly. The employee's left middle finger was caught between the lid and top of a pin. The momentum from the mixer continued, causing a crushing injury to the finger. The employee underwent a medical amputation from the top knuckle to the tip of the finger.

An employee was climbing down a ladder when it slipped. The employee fell, suffering a broken scapula and broken ribs. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was climbing down a 15-foot multipurpose ladder. The employee fell about 8 feet, landing on the concrete floor and the ladder itself. The employee suffered several injuries, all on the right side: broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken temporal bone, broken shoulder, multiple fractures to the cheekbone, and a brain bleed.

An employee was rolling up the landing gear on his trailer when the handle began to unwind and struck his face, fracturing his jaw. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
