An employee was changing a light fixture from the second rung of a portable ladder when they lost their balance and fell to the walking surface, resulting in a fractured right fibular head/knee. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was speaking with clients while on a porch at their residence. The employee stepped back and fell off the porch, resulting in a fractured T2 vertebra.
