An employee was working on the ground aligning the bottom of a 13 3/8" casing joint into the drilling rig v-door by hand. A winch on the rig floor was lifting the joint top through the v-door. The winch line was lowered causing the bottom of the pipe to slide into the injured employee's left foot resulting in a compound ankle fracture.

On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.

The steel caster hit a crack in the concrete, the weld holding the caster onto the cart broke, and the coil and cart tipped over onto the employee. He was hospitalized with a laceration on his forehead and a pelvic fracture on his right side.
