An employee was standing next to a roller bed waiting for the next joist to come down. He reached to stop the joist and pull it over to him so he could tack the two ends. When he grabbed the end bar, it fell between two pieces of angle. The employee's left pinky finger was pinched between the two angles resulting in a partial amputation to the fingertip.
An employee was using an arc gouger with compressed air when his fire resistant shirt caught a hot spot. The hot spot was put out but rekindled, resulting in a burn on the employee's left tricep. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was operating a forklift and unloading a truck. After the truck was unloaded, the employee got off the forklift and proceeded to adjust the dock plate with a hook tool.
