While checking the meter voltage on a rail, an employee experienced an electric shock to the right hand.
An employee was on a ladder, working on lighting in a conference room ceiling. The employee was shocked and fell from the ladder to the floor. The employee lost consciousness and sustained burns.
An employee was ascending a hopper car. As he neared the top of the car, he grabbed the hand hold on a running board. The running board shifted, causing the employee to fall to the concrete shop floor. He sustained a fractured left hand and dislocated fingers.
