An employee was walking from the guard house to a parked car to sign in a guest when he fell to the ground, hitting his face on the concrete. He fractured his eye socket and suffered minor cuts to his head and face. He was hospitalized.

An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.
