An employee was cleaning mud off his boots with a 3,500 psi pressure washer when he lost control of the pressure washer and was struck on the right calf with pressurized washer spray. He suffered a puncture wound to the right calf and was hospitalized.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
