An employee was working on a roof overhang. The employee stepped down from the roof onto a step ladder, which tipped over, causing the employee to fall approximately 10-12 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured back.

An employee fell from a fixed ladder and landed about 20 feet below, hitting a skylight on the way down. He suffered a broken left tibia and fibula.
