An employee was operating an overhead crane to lift a forklift battery for cleaning when his left middle finger was caught in the crane clamp, resulting in a left middle fingertip amputation.
A mechanic was using a hand-operated hydraulic jack to lower an order picker so its tire could be grounded and tightened onto the rotor. The order picker shifted and crushed the employee's left index and middle fingers.
