A driver was backing a trailer into a jobsite when the trailer became caught on a road sign. After the road sign was released, it sprung back and struck the injured employee in the midsection. The employee suffered three fractured ribs, a collapsed lung, and internal bleeding.

An employee was unloading a section of a utility pole from the back of a truck when the section of pole fell on the employee's right ankle/lower leg, fracturing it.
