An employee was attempting to pull a part out of a press. He went to the end of the press where the belt motor is located and was squeezing the belt when his glove was caught in the pulley. As a result, his right index fingertip was amputated at the nail.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
