On September 20, 2023, an employee was cutting panels using a hydraulic rib shear. As the employee removed material from the staging, her right index finger was crushed and amputated by the machine.

An employee was operating a machine when a wire pulled his right glove resulting in amputation of the index and middle fingertips.

After unbolting a portion, part of the assembly fell approximately 6 inches onto one employee's left little finger. The employee was hospitalized and about 3/4" of their little finger above the top joint was surgically amputated.

An employee was moving and handling cardboard boxes when he sustained a laceration to his left ring finger from a box. The laceration became infected and required hospitalization and surgery.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
