The injured employee was working on a ramp behind a manlift. As the manlift was going up the ramp it began to roll back. The employee operating the manlift applied the brakes, but nothing happed. The injured employee was pinned between the manlift and the wall and fractured the right leg.
An employee was looking into the bucket of a front-end loader to see how much material was in it. A skid steer backed into the employee, who then fell into the edge of the front loader's bucket and suffered internal bleeding in the abdominal area.
