An employee was walking in to work for the night shift at around 1400hrs and fell breaking the tibia and fibula of the right leg. The employee has been hospitalized. The employee doesn't recall exactly what happened, but believes that when stepping up onto a curb, a foot slipped off the curb resulting in the fall.

Employee in the HVAC maintenance department was lifting filter boxes. At some point, the employee's back became tight and the employee laid down to stretch it out. Employee was unable to get back up. An ambulance was called and the employee was transported to the hospital and held overnight.

An employee was stepping out of a car when they slipped and fell on ice, resulting in a femur fracture.

An employee was closing up for the weekend when they slipped on oil and brake fluid and fell. The employee suffered a leg fracture.

An employee was working in the forest flagging an area to be harvested. He took a step and his foot slipped on a stick hidden under the leaves, causing him to fall to the ground. He landed on his right foot/lower leg resulting in a fractured tibia.

An employee was inspecting an apartment to ensure it was ready for a new resident to move in. The carpet in the apartment had been recently cleaned and was still wet. As the employee went from the carpet to the tiled floor of the bathroom, they slipped and fell, resulting in a torn left hamstring.

An employee was delivering a letter along a rural carrier route when she stepped on an ice-covered snow drift, slipped, and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a right hip fracture that required surgery.

An employee was walking down a hallway when they stepped on a small puddle of liquid and fell backward onto their left leg, resulting in a broken left femur.

An employee was on a 10-foot ladder replacing a fan motor on an HVAC system. While removing the guard to facilitate maintenance, the guard slipped. As the employee tired to grab it, their left hand fingers were caught between the belt and pulley resulting in a partial amputation of the little finger and fractures and lacerations to the middle and ring fingers.

An employee was using a fire escape when he slipped on the stairs that were wet due to rain. The employee fell down several stairs, hit his head, and injured his right hand.

Three employees were working on a steam pipe. They had depressurized the line and cut it. As they were preparing to replace the broken pipe section, one of them was struck by pressurized hot water and/or steam, which burned his right arm, chest, and back. He was hospitalized.

An employee was pushing a cart when they stopped to assist someone. As they turned around, they fell backward down the stairs with a box and hand truck landing on top of him. The employee was hospitalized and sustained rib fractures, a hematoma, and a compression fracture/spinal injury.

On September 29, 2025, a rural mail carrier was delivering parcels to a business when she tripped on a parking stop block in front of the business. She fell to the ground and sustained fractures to her left hip and pelvis. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was walking around chairs when they slipped/tripped and fell, resulting in hospitalization with a fractured hip.

An employee was walking to get on a recreation bus when she slipped on ice and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured right hip.

An employee was walking to the back door of the post office when they slipped on the icy ground due to freezing rain and fell. The employee sustained a torn rotator cuff in their right shoulder and a fractured right hip.

An employee was on top of an APC to access a radio on a shelf when they slipped and fell to the ground. They sustained three fractured ribs, a fractured right scapula and right clavicle, a knot on top of their head, and a laceration to their left leg.
