An employee was performing housekeeping and cleaning up wood used to build forms. She was dragging a heavy wooden saw horse while walking backwards when she tripped over a stack of rebar and impacted the ground, fracturing her right femoral head.
A forklift operator and two concrete workers were placing concrete forms when the forklift contacted an electrical line. One of the concrete workers was hospitalized with electrical burns.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
