An employee was walking through a storage space near the wash area when they slipped on a piece of debris and fell on the concrete floor. The employee's left femur was fractured.

An employee entered a poultry house to identify an issue with a disabled lift when he was struck by a forklift. The employee sustained three fractured ribs and a partially collapsed lung. He also sustained scratches on his head and swelling around his right eye.

An employee was using a hose to clean out the scale conveyor belt when he noticed a piece of product stuck in the conveyor. While removing it, the employee's right arm was caught in the running conveyor, resulting in a right arm fracture and hospitalization.

An employee stepped down onto a stairway with seven risers, putting both of his hands on the rails. He fell onto his arms and slid down the stairway while still holding the rails. His left leg made contact with the concrete floor first, and his tibia and fibula were broken. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was cleaning/foaming the floors between lines 2 and 3 when they slipped on a piece of chicken skin and twisted their leg. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured tibial plateau.

An employee was operating a trim saw. While trying to free a jammed board she had just cut, she came into contact with the running saw blade, which amputated her right thumb.

An employee was troubleshooting a thigh deboner on a poultry processing line. As he worked to dislodge a thigh bone caught in the blade mechanism, the machine amputated the first and second digits on his left hand. He was hospitalized.

On September 25, 2025, an employee was exiting a yard truck. They slipped and fell approximately 3 feet from the top tread of the steps to the concrete below. The employee sustained a fractured left hip.

On September 17, 2025, an employee was cleaning a cutting machine when the cutting blade amputated their right index finger below the first knuckle.

An employee was operating a stand-up forklift, picking product for an order. The forklift struck a metal rack and the employee's left arm was caught between the forklift and the rack. He was hospitalized with a fracture to the neck of his radius and an open fracture to the olecranon (elbow).

An employee was traveling down the maintenance aisle of a warehouse on a single-pallet front rider jack. The jack malfunctioned, causing the brakes to apply; the employee fell forward onto the concrete warehouse floor. The employee suffered an injury to the left leg and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
