An employee was part of a crew installing guardrails on the side of the highway. The employee was knocked down by a concrete truck and the truck ran over his toes. The employee suffered toe fractures that required surgery.
An employee was trimming trees located by a sound wall (noise barrier) when he lost his balance and fell over the side of the wall approximately 8 feet to the brushy ground below. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to his back and shoulders.
