On March 4, 2020, an employee was using a table saw when he noticed that the dust collecting vacuum appeared to be clogged. He was reaching to tap the hose/vacuum when his hand hit the moving blade, severely lacerating two fingers.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
