Final narrative
At 1:40 p.m. on April 7, 2020, two employees were replacing a 150-pound drive unit on a forklift. The drive unit shifted and fell onto one employee's left index finger, pinning it against a nearby floor jack. The finger was amputated above the nailbed.

An employee was spotting for a forklift. While reversing, it struck him on the left side. He suffered two broken bones in the foot and a displaced lateral malleolus fracture.
On February 8, 2023, an employee was carrying a door in the millwork department when the door fell on his right foot. The employee's big toe was fractured, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
