On July 11, 2017, an employee was unjamming web fabric from a cutting machine when the blade came down and amputated her left index fingertip.

He was hospitalized, having suffered a broken sternum and broken ribs on both sides, as well as a laceration to the left leg by the ankle joint.

A temporary employee was stripping wire for scrap when the machine crushed their left thumb and little finger.
