An employee was washing off the machine wash rack area using a spray wand. He then started washing down the wash rack floor, stepping backwards while continuing to wash in a side to side motion. The pressure washer wand went across his left knee area; the water punctured his jeans and his skin just above the left knee. He was hospitalized.

An employee was squatting on the tracks of a bulldozer, inspecting it and taking photos. He stood up to attend to someone talking to him and his foot slipped off the outside of the track and he fell from the bulldozer. As he fell, his right leg became stuck between the roller frame and push arm resulting in a fractured tibia and fibula.
An employee was working on a lawnmower lifted by a jack. The lawnmower's front wheels fell off the jack onto the employee, who suffered a broken left forearm.
An employee was installing a large lift cylinder on a bulldozer. While he was trying to align the cylinder, it slipped, crushing his left ring finger under the pry bar he was using to position the cylinder. He was hospitalized overnight and required surgery.
