An employee was struck by a forward moving forklift being driving down the aisle by another temporary worker. The employee's leg was pinched between the side of the forklift and a pallet resulting in fractures.

The injured employee tried to catch a co-worker who was having a seizure. Both employees fell to the floor and the injured employee sustained a broken hip.

An employee was cleaning the park and sweeping outside of the front gate. A guest bumped into the employee, causing her to fall and sustain a hip and wrist fracture.

An employee was near a co-worker who was standing on stacked milk crates stocking products. The co-worker began to fall and as the injured employee went to help, her co-worker fell on top of her. The injured employee was hospitalized with a hip fracture.

Weisman Equipment Company, Ltd

An employee was working under a pickup truck, changing out the shift linkage cable. The cable was being attached to the gear shift from within the cab. When the cable was pulled within the cab to connect it, the truck went into neutral and rolled over the employee's left shoulder. The employee suffered fractures to the left humerus, left shoulder blade, and left-side ribs, as well as severe contusions to the left shoulder.

Young Truck Sales, Inc.

On June 13, 2025, an employee was using a jack stand to lift the front axle of a semi truck. When the jack settled, it slipped off the axle and kicked backward into the employee's leg. The employee suffered a tear in an artery in the leg, as well as a contusion and swelling.

An employee was on a forklift platform stocking material on a rack and fell approximately six feet and struck his head. The employee was hospitalized.
