An employee was doing maintenance work on a flipover. While bolts were being removed, the inner frame of the flipover fell and landed on the employee's foot, breaking it. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
An employee had loaded a countertop into an edge finishing machine. The employee walked to the outgoing end of the machine, and when the material exited the machine, it pushed the employee into a roller table, resulting in trauma and internal bruising to her torso.
